Promoting an environmentally sustainable food system in support of human and planetary health
The Challenge
Farmers are on the front lines of the growing climate crisis: their solutions are critical, and their leadership needs to be supported.
Furthermore, over 60% of food consumed by North Americans is highly processed, contributing to preventable chronic disease.
The costs of the current food system to the environment and human health are unsustainable on planet earth.
Our vision is a world where healthy food is produced sustainably, in abundance, and available to all, produced in a way that mitigates climate change.
Our mission is to fund initiatives and encourage collaboration among organizations that promote an environmentally sustainable food system in support of human and planetary health.
